Playing a role of general design contractor our company has developed planning and surveying documentation (all stages) for construction of complex of facilities of electric and air blower house.

      Electric and air blower house includes main stepdown substation 100/10 kV and two engine houses.

     The first engine house, including 4 compressors with a capacity of up to 270 m3/h each one with electric motors power consumption for each compressor of 27 MW, is for air delivery to operating blast furnaces for hot air blast. The second engine house, including 2 compressors of the same capacity and electric motors power, is designed for further extention for air delivery to new blast furnace. Such reconstruction allowed the company to tag out existing low efficient air turbo-blower of high grade of physical deterioration.
