Starting with 2013 PSK-KHARKOV together with German company EDL Anlagenbau Gesellschaft mbH (part of Austrian group of companies Pörner) has been implementing  large-scale kerosene and diesel oil hydrotreatment section construction project at oil refinery plant. Within the framework of the project our company is engaged in development of architectural and building specifications, heating and ventilation, water supply and waste-water disposal systems, general lay-out and transport, construction management plan, as well as is responsible for construction supervision.
